Age 92, passed away peacefully July 17, 2010 in Lincoln. Born May 27, 1918 in Surprise, Nebraska to William and Sibyl (Shrader) Welch. Margaret owned and operated Business Control Company with her husband Vance Noel II. Margaret was a graduate of Surprise High School and Lincoln School of Commerce. |

Son and Daughter-in-law: William and Leia Noel of Lincoln, their children: Molly, Emma and Lily Noel. Son and Daughter-in-law: Michael and Sherrie Noel of Lincoln and their daughter and her husband Lacey and Raymond Delaney. Great Granddaughter: Raeven Delaney. Sister: Marian VanSickle of Lincoln. Step Daughter: Susan Noel of Sun Valley, Idaho. Preceded in death by: Husband: Vance B. Noel II, her parents, Sisters: Harriet and Helen. Brother: Dean. Step Son: Vance B. Noel, III. |
