He always seemed to enjoy his work and the clients/co-workers he worked with and always had a friendly smile. His knowledge about servers, PCs and networks was truly unmatched. I was happy to see he had several years of kids and grandkid enjoyment. He will be missed.

He was always patient and persistent. It seemed like he could always come up with a solution to a problem when it evaded everyone else.
