David Daniel White, 86, passed away on January 5, 2026, in Lincoln, Nebraska. He was born March 26, 1939, in Neelyville, Missouri to Daniel and Henrietta White. David is survived by his children, Kwame Gyamfi and Damon White; grandchildren, Sharif Taylor, Asya White, TJ White, Elijah White, Sofya White, Solomon White, Dominique White and Michael White. He also has two great grandchildren and numerous family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lore K. White.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10 AM, Friday, January 16, 2026, at Wyuka Funeral Home, 3600 “O” St., Lincoln. Interment with Military Honors will be held at 2:30 PM, Friday, January 16, 2026, at Omaha National Cemetery, 14250 Schram Rd, Omaha, NE 68138.
