Angela Dawn Orcutt, 57, of Lincoln, Nebraska, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 23, 2026.
Angela was born on October 8, 1968, in Fremont, Nebraska. She was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend who treasured time with her family and found joy in the things she loved most.
Angela enjoyed knitting and crochet, listening to music, especially country music, and playing Bingo. She was an avid Chicago Bears fan and loved cheering on her favorite NFL team. She also enjoyed going on vacations with her family, attending concerts, and especially going to concerts with her children. More than anything, Angela loved spending time with her kids and granddaughter, moments that meant the world to her.
Angela recently worked for Krispy Kreme.
In 1995, Angela married Brent Blevins, and to this union two children were born, Stephanie and Cody. They later divorced in 1999. Angela was remarried to Gary Orcutt on March 5, 2003, and they shared 22 years of marriage.
Angela is survived by her daughter, Stephanie, and Stephanie’s fiancé, Zak, of Lincoln; her son, Cody, and Cody’s fiancée, Madison; her granddaughter, Rosalie, of Fremont; her parents, Gloria and Chuck League of Blair; her brother, Jim League and his wife, Nicole, of Fremont; and many friends, nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Orcutt, who passed away on September 19, 2025; grandparents, Phyllis and Don Ocander, Marvin and Bonita Daugherty, Willard and Nellie League.
Angela will be remembered for her love of family, her kind heart, and the happiness she found in music, travel, concerts, and time spent with those she loved most.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, March 29 2026, at Wyuka Funeral Home, 3600 “O” Street, Lincoln. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 30, 2026, at First Mennonite Church,7300 Holdrege Street, Lincoln.

Angie I was surprised to hear of your passing. I will always remember the fun we had at the Sale Barn. You came in my life when I needed more fun in it and you sure helped with that.
