Carl was a strong and caring leader of Clinton Neighborhood Organization, encouraging more neighbors to join and get involved, and giving recognition to those who were helping make our neighborhood a good place to live. As a member of the CNO board I enjoyed working with him and appreciated his support for all our activities. The Tesch’s were one of many families that made the Clinton neighborhood such a family friendly environment. I have so many fond memories working with Carl & Betty in events for Clinton School.

Carl was a great guy I met him at Mayors Roundtable and had good conversations. I know that he tirelessly represented his neighborhood which is often a thankless job but he did it anyway. He will be missed by many of us!
