So sorry to hear about Charlie. What a good man and like a brother to our Dad, Everett Parminter! We have such great family memories, especially the Memorial Day visits to Sterling! And when Dad would recall fun times with Charlie, we’d be in tears laughing!!

Barb and I were just saying on Friday that we needed to come up and visit after hearing he was place in hospice. I have so many memories of Charlie, many began when I was a little kid waiting out by the mailbox for him to deliver the mail and we always,always got a piece of candy. Also when Mom was unable to go to the mailbox Charlie would bring the mail to her, that was Charlie, and so you know my excitement when I got to be your neighbors, Charlie saluting my Flag every Memorial Day Morning or reminding me to get my flag put up, Mary you and Charlie had such a great impact on both our lives and the great role models you both were on my kids growing up, watching them playing ball out on the driveway, honestly I can go on and on, we are so blessed beyond belief for having Charlie and how he impacted our lives it goes beyond words. God bless you Mary and your family we shall never know another like him. With our deepest sympathy.
