Mrs. Bullock was such a joy. We would cross paths all too often at one of many restaurants in the city. I was never quite sure if I would be picking up the tab. Nevertheless, we always had a pleasant interaction which I will greatly miss. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time. Charlene and I leave our sincerest condolences.
