DuBart “Dan” Watson II

DuBart “Dan” Watson II age 33 of Lincoln, passed away Sunday, February 6, 2011 in Lincoln.  He was born on March 9, 1977 in Dallas, Texas to DuBart Watson and Carol Whitehead.  He was married to Danielle Murray.  DuBart worked at TMCO in the powdercoating department.

DuBart is survived by his wife, Danielle of Lincoln; daughters, Kiara and Natalya of Lincoln; mother, Carol Whitehead of Lincoln; sister, Rayna Watson of Lincoln; brother-in-law, Jimmy Blankenfeld of Lincoln; uncle, Charles Whitehead of Ithica, New York; aunt, Barb Whitehead of Lincoln; many relatives and friends.   He was preceded in death by his grandparents, father, and mother-in-law, Jane Blankenfeld.

Cremation/no visitation.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Wyuka Funeral Home.

Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.

  2. My husband, Jason Robinson, and I would like to extend our deepest heartfelt sympathy to the family of an extremely wonderful humanbeing, Dubart! My husband grew up with him and I went to school with him..there was no finer person we’ve ever met. He was a gentle giant with a heart of gold and he is truly truly missed.   8. Dan was a great friend to my husband dondi and was always a nice friend to everyone he met….he will be missed in lincoln by all who knew him…Prayers go to your family for a loss of such a great young man.
