DWAINE E. HARTMAN, age 86 of Lincoln, passed away on Nov. 19 , 2014. He was born to Paul and Blanch (Anderson) Hartman in Pawnee City, Ne. Dwaine married Edith Johnson on Dec. 10, 1949, and they settled in Lincoln. He made a 30 year career in Appliance Repair, and they raised two daughters. Dwaine proudly served his country and was a member of the American Legion.
He is survived by his wife; daughters Judy (Richard) Neu, Jan (Roger) Knudsen; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Preceded by his parents; his step-father Lynn Schram; and two sisters.
Funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Sat., Nov. 22 at Wyuka Funeral Home Chapel, 3600 “O” St., Lincoln. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, Pastor Mike McMurtry is officiating. Military Honors and burial to follow at Wyuka Cemetery.
Dear Jan and the Hartman family, we are so saddened by the loss of your father, yet so glad that he was alert and talkative over the weekend.
