Harold “Pete” Patterson, 92, of Plattsmouth, passed peacefully at home on January 13, 2023.
Pete served in the United States Air Force in the Vietnam War and retired after 20 years of service. He then worked as a helicopter technician at Fort Ord in California for 20 years. Pete loved gardening, cowboy movies and scrambled eggs and jelly toast.
He is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Norma; children, Carrie (Dennis) Briles, Dan (Doreen) Patterson, Duane (Michaela) Patterson, Jeff Patterson; brother, Richard (Linda); 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Junia; siblings, Dorothy, Delores, Robert, Alberta, Willie.
A celebration of Pete’s life will be at 10 a.m. Friday, January 20, 2023, at Hosanna Lutheran Church, 700 S. 18th St., Plattsmouth. Memorials may be directed to Hosanna Lutheran Church. Condolences at Wyuka.com
