  1. My family and I send our deepest sympathy to the family. Bernie spoke with a gentle voice and a twinkle in his eye. Our memories of good times at Stauffers Cafe and at his home are precious. He made us smile. He helped my husband get one of his first jobs. Uncle Bernie lives in our hearts until we meet again.

  2. My dear Henry and your precious Family,
My heart is broken. You were my true friend and I’ll cherish every memory. I am so glad God brought you into my life a few years ago. I’m just so sad it wasn’t for a longer time.
I’ll miss your sweet company, your smile, your enthusiasm for life and your quick wit. Thank you to Jacquie and Gene for inviting us over for your 96th birthday dinner in August.
Well Henry, I know you’re in heaven and have been reunited with your sweet Joyce. And someday….when I fly away to my heavenly home, I’ll be looking forward to being reunited with my family members that have gone on before…and please… Be front and center too so I can give you a big hug.
Eternal Life…the best gift…our blessed future..Thank you Jesus.
