John W. Harlow, Jr., 83, of Lincoln, passed away August 6, 2020. Born September 11, 1936, to John and Pearl (Cupp) Harlow. 

John is survived by his wife, Shirley; daughters, Sheila Werner (John), Noel Allpress (Doug); son Donald Harlow (Sara); sisters, Donna and Mary; many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Patricia; brother David “Butch”; and son Michael Harlow  

John loved stock car racing, known as #64 “Little John”; was an avid NASCAR fan; loved camping, boating, and water sports; and just loved being with family and friends.
