So sorry to hear of Larrys passing, pray the Lord will give you great comfort and peace with your wonderful memories!
A very good person and friend from Oskaloosa. I had the pleasure of speaking to him a few weeks ago. He was in good spirits and we really enjoyed talking. I always admired Larry’s strong Christian stand .. I called him Bro Barthelman . We both looked forward to seeing each other at the small Free Methodist church where we attended. There were not many our age .A great friend .
Thinking of and praying for the family.
So sorry to hear of Larry’s passing. He was best friends with my older brother, Glenn Fox. He was a great friend to our whole family and shared many meals at our table. He was like a part of our family. We probably met at the Free Methodist Church in Osky. Sending thoughts and. Prayers for his family.
Precious Memories. 1975 Larry paid my way to an unforgettable work and witness trip to S. AFRICA. Thank God for you all raising your family in the nurture and admonition of our Lord! I believe Larry has joined that great cloud of witnesses who are encouraging all of us to lay aside every hindrance and the sin that so easily ensnares us and run with endurance the race set before us looking unto Jesus…
So sorry for your loss, but heaven is real! Love and prayers to Barb and family.
So sorry to hear of Larry’s passing. Your family has always been very special to us … my kids must have eaten a million meals at your house, we’re praying for you and rejoicing with Larry in his heavenly body!!
Saddened to hear of Larry’s passing. We have fond memories of him and the family.
Always happy memories of cousin Larry with his family’s trips to Michigan and ours to Iowa to visit Uncles, Aunts and all the cousins. We always had great food and even greater fellowship. Our condolences to Barb and family.
Peace,
Mary (Barthelman) and Bob Boyd

Oh, Barbara, how the years fly by. Larry used to catch Debbie as she crawled under
the pew and you two kept her during the service. She just turned 61 yesterday.
I share your pain of loss but we have a hope in Jesus. Heaven is sweeter the closer we get.
Praying for you and the children during these days and may God grant you peace.

I am so sorry for your loss. I know Larry is with our Lord as he always expressed his strong faith. Praying for you all during this difficult time.
Sorry to see the loss of Larry, had a good visit with him at Ruth’s service. The Barthelman family was a very important part of my sister Kathy and me growing up. Remember him working at Holub’s . Always has fun.
I saw this only a couple of weeks ago and was so shocked I couldn’t find the words to express my sorrow. Larry and I spent so much time together creating wonderful memories that I still can’t think this has really happened to my old friend of many many years ago. My condolences to his family and truly believe Larry is now in a much better place Being with our loving lord in heaven!!
