Nicholas A. Bisesi

Nicholas “Nick” Anthony Bisesi, passed away suddenly Sunday, October 2, 2022.  He was 22 years old.  Born in Lancaster, Ohio on September 7, 2000, to Tony and Niki Bisesi.  Nick had lived in Lincoln, Nebraska since 2009.

Nick was in his senior year at University of Nebraska Lincoln, working towards a degree in Marketing, and where he was on the Dean’s List.  He was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.  He worked at Firethorn Golf Resort since 2016.

Nick was a ray of sunshine who never met a stranger. He had the most infectious smile and laugh, to go along with his sharp wit.  He was the brightest light, purest heart, and sweetest soul.

He is survived by his parents, Tony and Niki Bisesi; paternal grandparents, John and Mary Ann Bisesi; sisters, Tara Bisesi, Taylor (Harrison) Agena; nephew, Hayden Agena; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends. He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Rick Sharp and Kim Sharp.

A celebration of Nick’s life will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 6, 2022, at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, 8550 Pioneers Blvd., Lincoln, NE 68520. The service may be viewed live by clicking on the following link: https://livestream.com/stmarksumclincoln/stmarkslive

Reception following the service will be at The Resort at Firethorn, 8855 Resort Drive, Lincoln, NE 68520

Memorials may be made to the family for further designation.

  1. My deepest sympathy and most sincere condolences to the family and friends for this tragic loss of life. Nick was an amazing inspiring young man with so much love of life. He adored his friends and family and brought love to all those he touched the lives of. Nick will be greatly missed. May god bless those close to him with strength and healing.

  2. The world has lost a great soul! As a little boy he was always smiling with those piercing Blue eyes! He was definitely a God send to all of us who knew him or met him! God Bless his soul and I have no doubt he is in Heaven already Happy and rooting for the rest of us to get there to be with him ❤️

  7. Niki, Tony and family I am so very sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers. The service was very moving, I hope you find solace in the words that were spoken. The entourage of pictures show a man with an extraordinary life, gone way to soon but loved and lived life to the fullest.

  10. Nick was a student in my class at the University last semester. He was a wonderful addition to our group…friendly, talented and dependable. Nick was a young man with great potential. I cannot imagine the depth of your sorrow.
