Robert L. Garver age 83 of Lincoln passed away June 21, 2019. He was born May 20, 1936 in Parkesburg, Pennsylvania. U.S. Air Force veteran. Robert worked for LT&T as a building maintenance supervisor.
Survivors, Son and daughter-in-law Robert II and Julie Garver of Lincoln. Granddaughter Marisa Nicole Garver and grandson Ryan Lee Garver both of Lincoln. Brothers and sisters-in-law Rich and Cheryl Semple of Pennsylvania, Dennis and Lisa Semple of Tennessee. Sister-in-law Judie Rogers of Lincoln. 2 nephews, 1 niece. He was preceded in death by his wife Barbara, his parents, brothers Butch Semple, Del Semple. Sisters Nancy White, Shirley Enriquez and brother-in-law Billy Rogers.
