Robert O. Crisler

Robert Owen Crisler age 86 of Lincoln passed away May 31, 2019.  He was born July 12, 1932 in Lincoln to Lloyd O. and Mildred O. (Burlington) Crisler.  Robert was employed with Goodyear for over 40 years and was a U.S. Army Veteran, serving in the Korean War.

Survivors include daughters and son-in-law Debra Crisler, Sandy and John Mikesh, son and significant other Brad Crisler and Kimberly Brick all of Lincoln.  Grandchildren and spouses Elissa and Clarence Grendahl of Crete, Mike and Carrie Perdew of Lincoln, Travis and Terrin Perdew of Lincoln, Stephanie and Matthew Flynn of Lincoln and Amanda Mikesh of Lincoln.  Great grandchildren Alex, Abby, Jaxon Lollmann, Regan Perdew, Eislynn Flynn, Madison and Samantha Grendahl.  Brothers and sister-in-law Harold Crisler of Lincoln, Ronald and Shay Crisler of Springfield, Missouri.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley (Freeman) Crisler, his parents and sister Darlene West.

Services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at Wyuka Funeral Home.

Visitation will be at Wyuka Funeral Home on Monday, June 3, 2019 from 4:00-8:00 P.M.

Burial at Wyuka Cemetery

  1. My condolences & Sympathy to Roberts family. I believe he was my cousin. His mother was my aunt Mildred. Though we were never close as family, circumstances kept us apart, but we are still family by blood and his loss will be felt by all. I am taking this means to contact you because no one is listed in the Lincoln, Ne.telephone book so you must all have cell phones.

  2. My uncle was a wonderful man. I always enjoyed his company and was beneficiary of his wisdom and composure. Breakfast at Cook’s will not be the same but he will live in our memories forever. My deepest sympathies to Debbie, Brad, Sandy and their families.

  3. So sorry to hear about the passing of Bob. Our sympathy goes out to your family. I am out of town today otherwise would have surely attended the service.
