  4. Shonie has been my friend since 1969 when we became roommates and friends at Grand Island School of Commerce. We navigated our youth, work life, social fun and everything in between. She would bring Shawna to Arby’s for lunch on a regular basis when baby sat in a highchair. Adam was to come along a little later. So much history and beautiful memories in these 56 years.

  5. Shonie has been my friend since September 1969, when we attended Grand Island School of Commerce and were roommates. In that time we experienced our education that would lead to our employment opportunities and those fun social lives for the times. We were able to stay in touch through all these years. Will remember her love for the times she and her family traveled to their beloved Hawaii. Miss you already 😔
