Grief Support Resources

Everyone reacts to the sudden news of death differently. There is no right way to grieve the loss of someone special. Losing a loved one, or hearing that the time might be soon, is a lot to handle emotionally.

It can be helpful during the grieving process to reach out to others. This can include connecting with friends, relatives, counselors, or even people going through similar situations. We’ve compiled a short list of forums and podcasts that provide advice, support, and more.

Grief Support Forums

HopeAgain: https://www.hopeagain.org.uk/

Hope Again is targeted towards a younger audience. It offers a safe place to communicate with other young people where you can learn how to cope and feel less alone. Their site showcases written blog posts as well as vlogs (videos) to help cope in different ways.
