Linda Marie (Mussman) Anderson

Linda Marie (Mussman) Anderson left us on Friday September 13, 2019. She was born on July 30, 1959 to Norman and Marie (Glidden) Mussman at Whiteman Airforce Base, MO. She is survived by her Son Thomas Michener, Daughter in law Kelly, Granddaughters, Brittany and Jenny Michener, Grandsons Tristen, Dakota, and Blake Broome, Sister Helen (Augie) Henrichs of Burwell, NE, Sister Pam Mussman of Lincoln, NE, Brother Karl (Kris) Mussman of Lincoln, NE, Sister Donna Mitchell of Sioux Falls, SD, Great Friend Jackie LaPierre, and her cat Thumper, and her very beloved companion Missy, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, great nieces, and great nephews and many great friends.

Linda lived in Lincoln, NE for most of her life but also lived in Las Vegas, NV Burwell, NE Savannah, GA as well as some time in Germany. Linda was a great cook, nature lover, and reader of many books. She loved raising herbs, making new friends, and exploring the mystical side of life. She was an avid shopper with a keen eye for the ultimate sale. Linda enthusiastically celebrated all holidays with Halloween and Christmas being her favorite. She cherished the time she was with family and friends, and was inseparable from her beloved service companion Missy. She is deeply loved by the people she befriended and will be missed by all who she touched with her love and kindness.

There will be a celebration of life held on Sunday September 22, 2019 from 10am-1pm, @ Bethany enclosed shelter located at North 65th and Vine Street in Lincoln, NE this is a casual dress open house for anyone who would like to come and enjoy some food, share stories and memories, and just be together.

  3. So sad to hear that Linda has left us. She was so friendly and always loving and gentle with Missy. Got to know her at the store and enjoyed visiting with her. Wish I could have known her better.
