  2. Jim and Family ~ Don and I were so sorry to learn of Mary’s passing. I first got to know you both when Deb & I played in “Wee Brazen Hussies”. You came to as many gigs as you could and we loved seeing you in the audience, laughing along, and with Mary and her knitting. Later, as Don and I formed Whoozon1st, you followed us, making us always feel special. The book you brought by our gig, from Mary for us, on December 19th last year is on our front room table. It’s a wonderful song book and we will be using some songs from it and thinking of Mary as we perform. Prayers, Love, and Hugs from Don and me.

  3. To Mary’s Family: You must be feeling a great loss to have Mary’s bright presence missing from your lives. My vivid memories of Mary are mostly as the “beautiful/precious” little girl that Viva and Frank adopted. My mother, Louise Visek, was Frank and Agnes Holouns aunt. However, Ken and I did follow Mary’s life and achievements and enjoyed being in touch through email. Tim, thank you for the special YouTube Video that you prepared. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

The anniversary of Mary’s passing is coming soon, and I am sure she is in your thoughts every day. A loving mother and grandmother, Mary was always an inspiration to me, and I am so thankful that she was at peace when she passed on. Her energy, her humor, her candor, and her love meant so much to me, and I am so thankful for the times we spent together with family. May she rest in peace for eternity. Love, LaVona
